How Ordering Works…

Hi there! Thank you for inquiring into how the Order Process works regarding my blinkie and blog design service. The process is quick and painless, I promise! :)

Upon visiting my site, there is a lot of information to take in right away. There is important information that should be read before venturing further along on my website, so please make sure you read it closely!

I do all kinds of graphics design ranging from website set up and design, blog makeovers and blinkies. Many people ask me “What is a blinkie?!” and I simply say that it’s a small animated graphic that is fun and provides the viewer with information such as “Come visit my website!” or “Find my digital scrapbooking products here!”. I do not limit myself in designing for digital scrapbookers only. I have several customers who own their own businesses in many different fields and I’ve also designed company logo’s as well or websites and for print on business cards.

While navigating through the examples of the products that I offer here on my website, you may have come to a decision and wish to make a purchase. I offer BUY NOW buttons and ADD TO CART buttons, and all of my check out processes go directly through PayPal, a safe and easy way to purchase online.

Once the BUY NOW (or ‘checkout’ when using ADD TO CART button) button is clicked, you will be re-directed to Paypal.com and presented with this window. Here you will have 2 options.

Option 1 will allow you to log into Paypal with your log in and password, IF you have a Paypal account.

Option 2 will allow you to directly purchase the item with your own personal credit card. Paypal is in direct contact w/ your credit card information, NONE of which is EVER passed onto me.

I will then get an e-mail from Paypal stating that a new order was placed. I generally will reply to the e-mail that is provided from you. Therefore, filling out the order form in the screen shot below is very important. This is how I will get your e-mail address. Either by you using your credit card and providing a valid e-mail address, OR if you have a Paypal account already, Paypal uses the e-mail associated w/ the account.

Once I get e-mail confirmation of payment posted to my Paypal account, I will e-mail the customer and send them an small form to fill out, which is where you will send me the details of your order such as colors, style, and phrasing. I generally will send out the form within 24 hours of payment posting to my Paypal account. After that, e-mail correspondence will continue and the design process will begin! I encourage all of my customers to contact me if they ever have any questions or concerns about my service; before, during or after the design process.
